Access Requirements

Access to documents in the Court’s ECR is only allowed for those cases for which you, as a registered user, are directly related to. Attorneys are able to access documents on cases for which they represent parties, and parties are able to access documents on cases for which they are a party on. To gain access to documents on the case, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Complete the registration form.
  2. Authenticate your identity in the system, either in person by visiting the Clerk of the Superior Court, or online by submitting your Arizona Driver’s License number and date of birth.
  3. Request access to a specific case, by submitting the case number. Access will only be granted to cases where the system can easily determine that you are a direct participant in the case.
